The very beginning of the factory is only 1000 SQM with 10 employees. The main products were metal bed frames and bed legs.

As our business had grown, our plant were moved to a new location. The new facility covers an area of 5,000 square meters and we divided into two main production areas: one for hardware workshop and the other for packing workshop.
Forge ahead, keep improving the production process
During the period of rapid development for the factory, our plant area expanded to 20,000 square meters.
We diversified our product ranges, including wall bed, adjustable bed, upholstery bed, sofa bed, and bed accessories.
. At the same time, we actively participated in various trade shows such as the China International Furniture Fair (CIFF), the Canton Fair, INTERZUM in Germany, and ISPA in the United States.
Since 2019, the scale of our company was upgraded and established another firm called “JUYU”. But brand name JULEI is still under our company copyright.
At the meantime, our upholstery department production base has been built. A lot of auto equipment were brought in, like panel cutting machines, auto wielding machines. Those enhance our production capacity at least 30%-40%
Besides, we are honored to pass the BSCI, ISO9001, FSC factory audit. And our products pass the SGS and Pro65 testing reports.
